Red Horse Racing was founded in 2005 after racing industry veterans Tom DeLoach and Jeff Hammond purchased the Clean Line Motorsports #38 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series team. Success was immediate, with the team scoring its first win on July 23, 2005 at Memphis Motorsports Park.

Red Horse Racing currently fields Toyota Tundras in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.
