John Wes Townley

• First full-time Truck Series season and first with Red Horse Racing.
• Won the 2013 Lucas Oil 200 presented by MAVTV American Real season opener, in the ARCA Racing Series at the famed Daytona International Speedway.

• Competed in 21 races with a high finish of eighth at Pocono Raceway during his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series rookie year in 2012.

• Finished third in the ARCA race at Daytona International Speedway in 2010. 

• Participated in 26 Nationwide Series race events during the 2009 season.

• Made his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut and NASCAR Nationwide debut in 2008. 

• Competed in his first full-time ARCA Racing Series season in 2008. Townley captured his first top-five at Kentucky Speedway after only six starts and finished seventh in the year end standings. 

• Finished 10th in his first NASCAR K&N East race at Greenville-Pickens Speedway in 2007.

• Scored his first ASA Late Model victory at Senoia Raceway in 2007.

• Competed in the ASA Late Model Series in 2006. In his rookie season, Townley finished fifth in the championship standings.

• Won the Thursday Thunder championship in 2000 at Atlanta Motor Speedway including track titles at 441 Speedway, Lanier National Speedway and Senoia Speedway all in the Bandolero division. Townley finished second in points in the State of Georgia that season, ranking him fourth on the national level.

• Holds three go-Kart titles in Georgia at Currahee Speedway in Athens, Peach State Kartway in Jefferson and Senoia Speedway in Danielsville.
